How to ask

Send us a short message using either of these routes:

• Email info@namancarehome.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
• Or call 9851198668 and ask the person who answers to raise a data deletion request. They will note it down and pass it on.

What we need to find your record

So we do not delete the wrong family’s enquiry, please tell us:

• The name and phone number you originally contacted us with.
• Roughly when you contacted us (a month is enough — for example “around Baisakh 2083” or “last April”).
• Which channel — website form, WhatsApp, phone, Messenger, or Facebook.
• For a Messenger or Facebook request: the profile name the message came from, if it is different from the family member’s name.

How long it takes

We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days. In most cases it is faster than that — a nurse on shift can locate an enquiry in NamanERP and mark it for deletion the same day.

We will confirm by return email (or phone, if you called) when the deletion has been done.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold on our side about that enquiry — the message text, phone number, any photos or documents you sent, and any notes staff added while replying.

For a Messenger or Facebook thread, we delete our copy inside NamanERP. Meta’s own copy of the conversation lives in your Facebook or Messenger account — you can delete that from your side by removing the conversation in the Messenger app. Meta’s own help page explains that step.

If the enquiry became an admission

If your enquiry led to a family member coming to stay with us, some of that information has moved into their clinical file. Clinical files are kept under separate medical-record rules and we cannot always delete them on request. When you write to us we will explain what remains under those rules and delete the rest.
