Naman Care Home — Caring with a heart

Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 August 2026

These terms cover how you use the Naman Care Home website (https://namancarehome.com). They do not cover the care agreement itself — that is a separate document you sign when a family member comes to stay with us.

General information, not medical advice

Everything on this website — service pages, blog posts, the recovery-journey timeline — is written to help families understand what residential care and rehabilitation look like at Naman. It is not a substitute for clinical advice from a doctor or nurse who has seen the patient. If your family member is in a medical emergency, call 102 (Nepal ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital.

Fees and bed availability

Residential care fees depend on the level of care needed and the room type. We do not publish a fixed price on this website because we quote after an assessment — the clinically appropriate room and staffing for a stroke recovery is different from what a stable elderly resident needs.

Bed availability changes week to week. The most reliable answer comes from a call to 9851198668. Anything you read here about availability is a snapshot and does not commit us to admit any particular person.

Course fees for the NCTI caregiver programmes are published on the training pages and are held for the intake you enrol in. They may change for a future intake.

Course details

Curriculum, duration, and intake dates for the NCTI caregiver courses may change as the programme evolves and as CTEVT policy updates. Anything binding — enrolment, fees, ward-rotation schedule — is confirmed in your enrolment paperwork, which takes priority over the website.

We link to Google Business Profile for reviews, to YouTube for our video tours, and occasionally to a hospital or clinic we work with. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what you find there.

Please use the site fairly

Do not attempt to break, scrape aggressively, or otherwise interfere with this website. Please do not submit false information through the enquiry form — every enquiry reaches a nurse who is trying to help a real family.

Privacy

How we handle the information you send us is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We update these terms when something material changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last such change. These terms are governed by Nepali law.
