What you’ll actually do

Bedside first. Books second.

Most caregiving is not a textbook question — it’s a mid-afternoon choice about how to move someone safely from bed to wheelchair, or how to talk to a resident who’s anxious after a hospital visit. Our training is built around that reality.

Practical rotations
Shadow senior nurses on every ward — general, cabin, HCU — under supervision.
Small batches
8–12 students per intake so trainers know each of you by name.
Nepali medium
Instruction in Nepali with English clinical terms — the way our wards actually run.
Job pipeline
Strong graduates may be considered for roles at Naman, or referred to partner care homes when openings arise.

Geriatric Caregiver — 28-day Course

A focused, four-week course for families who want to care for an elderly parent at home with confidence, or for aspiring caregivers looking to enter the field. Covers positioning, hygiene, medication safety, dementia basics, and emergency response — with practical hours on our ward.

Our flagship programme, designed for those who want a career as a professional caregiver. Combines classroom teaching with substantial practical rotations across our wards.
