A hospital visit is a full day of instructions, waiting rooms, and paperwork. When family cannot go along, our nurses can — knowing the medications, the questions to ask, and how to write it all down.
What care includes
- A nurse or trained caregiver who travels with your loved one
- Transport arranged (family car, taxi, or our arrangement)
- Careful note-taking of doctor advice, medication changes, and next steps
- Medication timing during the visit
- A brief written summary sent to family after the visit
